Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with galvanized wire decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, as well as medical supply storage in hospitals. The rack features two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability; each upright is fully assembled and ready to install, providing vertical adjustments of beams without dead spots along the entire height of the post. One pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design to increase strength, load capacity, resistance to tipping, and to eliminate wasted space. The beams have MIG welded clips and three studs on each end for secure engagement with upright slots, adjustable in 1-1/2-inch vertical increments, and install without tools using a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. The galvanized flat wire decking complements the rack by adding additional storage levels and further enhancing durability. The entire assembly has a durable powder coat finish available in dove gray to protect against everyday use. The rack complies with industry standards for safety and load capacity, with specifications ensuring reliable and versatile heavy-duty storage solutions. The product includes a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects and workmanship for a specified period.
