Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with solid decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications, including shipping and receiving departments, retail locations for display and back stock, and hospitals for holding medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each fully assembled and ready to install, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability. The uprights' slots allow quick vertical adjustment of beams along the entire height without dead spots, and one pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity, resists tipping, and reduces wasted space. The MIG welded beam clips add strength, and each beam end features three studs to engage the upright slots, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. Solid decking is included to add more storage levels and enhance the rack’s versatility. The product complies with relevant industrial storage standards and includes a warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period.
