Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and can be used in various storage applications, including shipping and receiving departments, retail locations for display and back stock, and hospitals for holding medical supplies. The storage racks feature a durable powder coat finish available in dove gray to protect against everyday use. The kit includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability, and the uprights have slots that allow quick vertical adjustment of beams without any "dead spots" along the post height. One pair of uprights can hold up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design to increase strength and load capacity, resist tipping, and eliminate wasted space. These beams include MIG welded clips, three studs at each end to engage with upright slots, and adjust on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers. Beams install without tools, and a fold-in lock tab prevents accidental displacement. Ribbed decking can be added to create more storage levels and options for the adjustable metal storage racks.
