Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with galvanized wire decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items, suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving, retail display, back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each assembled and ready to install, featuring tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability and slots that allow quick vertical adjustment of beams with no dead spots along the post height. One pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are constructed from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design to increase strength and load capacity, resist tipping, and eliminate wasted space. The MIG welded beam clips add strength, and each beam end has three studs that engage with the upright slots, allowing adjustments on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. The fold-in lock tab secures beams to prevent accidental displacement. The galvanized flat wire decking enhances storage options by enabling the addition of more levels to the racks.
