Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with ribbed decking is designed for the hand-loading of intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock areas, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The durable steel rack features a powder coat finish in Dove Gray to protect against everyday wear. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability. The uprights have slots for quick, tool-free vertical adjustment of heavy-duty 14-gauge steel "Z" beams on 1-1/2-inch centers, allowing customizable storage levels without "dead spots" to limit beam placement. Each pair of uprights can hold up to 10,000 lbs. The beams are reinforced with MIG welded beam clips, have three studs on each end to engage upright slots, resist tipping, and maximize space. The ribbed decking adds strength and additional storage capacity. The design includes fold-in lock tabs that engage with the posts to prevent accidental beam displacement. The rack complies with standard industrial storage requirements and includes a manufacturer's warranty for product quality and performance.
