Lyon's® Rivet Rack Shelving add-on is a medium-duty, boltless metal racking system designed for retail, commercial, or office storage needs, providing access from all sides and featuring a durable powder coat finish in dove gray. The kit includes two 7-foot T-post uprights made of 14-gauge steel with keyhole slots to hold the beams in place; these T-posts serve as intermediate uprights when combining multiple sections, with angle posts of the starter unit positioned at the outermost corners. The system incorporates 14-gauge double rivet medium-duty beams, with double rivets ensuring rigid assembly and added strength. Each shelving level consists of two width beams and two depth beams, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch centers without tools for easy level spacing changes. The shelving ships unassembled but assembles quickly without tools. Proper anchoring is strongly recommended, using foot plates and wedge anchors to secure the uprights to the floor after ensuring the racks are plumb and level.
