Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with solid decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and suits various storage needs, including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The steel storage rack features a durable powder coat finish in Dove Gray to protect from everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each pre-assembled with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability and slots for quick vertical beam adjustment without dead spots along the post height. One pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that enhances strength, load capacity, resists tipping, and eliminates wasted space. Each beam end has three studs engaging upright slots with a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement, adjustable in 1-1/2-inch vertical increments without tools. Solid decking can be added to increase storage levels, offering versatile metal storage solutions. The product is certified and complies with applicable safety standards.
