Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with ribbed decking is designed for the hand-loading of intermediate weight bulky items and can be used in various storage settings such as shipping and receiving departments, retail locations for display or back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish that protects the shelving from everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each pre-assembled and ready to install, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability and upright slots that allow quick vertical adjustment of beams without any dead spots, accommodating beam placement along the entire post height. Each pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. Lyon® heavy-duty beams are also 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and minimizing wasted space. MIG welded beam clips and three studs on each beam end engage with the uprights for secure mounting, adjustable in 1-1/2-inch vertical increments. The beams install without tools and include a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. Storage options can be expanded by adding more levels with ribbed decking to the adjustable metal storage racks. The rack complies with relevant industry standards and is backed by a warranty that covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
