Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with solid decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, and hospital medical supply storage. The heavy-duty steel rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish to protect against everyday wear. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for enhanced stability and slots that allow quick, tool-free vertical adjustment of beams on 1-1/2-inch centers without “dead spots,” supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design to increase strength, resist tipping, and eliminate wasted space; each beam end has three studs to engage the uprights’ slots and includes MIG welded beam clips and a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. Solid decking can be added to the adjustable metal storage racks to create more storage levels. The rack complies with relevant standards and includes a warranty, ensuring reliability and durability in industrial and commercial environments.
