Lyon's bulk storage rack add-on with galvanized wire decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospital medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday use. It includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each fully assembled and ready to install, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability. The uprights have slots allowing quick vertical adjustment of beams without any dead spots, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also 14-gauge steel with a patented "Z" beam design that increases strength, load capacity, resists tipping, and eliminates wasted space. These beams feature MIG welded clips, three studs at each end to engage upright slots, and can be adjusted on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. The galvanized flat wire decking enhances storage capacity by adding levels to the adjustable metal storage racks. The system complies with relevant safety and manufacturing standards and comes with a warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period.
