Lyon's bulk storage rack starter with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, as well as holding medical supplies in hospitals. The rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday use. It includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each pre-assembled and ready to install, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability. The uprights have slots allowing quick vertical adjustment of beams with no dead spots along the post height, and one pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design for increased strength, load capacity, tipping resistance, and space efficiency. MIG welded beam clips add strength, while each beam end includes three studs engaging upright slots, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers and installable without tools. A fold-in lock tab prevents accidental displacement of beams. Additional levels can be added with ribbed decking to customize storage height and capacity. The product comes with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
