Lyon's® rivet rack shelving starter is a medium-duty, boltless racking system designed for retail, office, or commercial use, providing access to items from all sides. The rack features angle posts made from 14-gauge steel, with four angle uprights included per starter section, each 7 feet tall and equipped with keyhole slots to secure rivet rack beams. Double rivet beams are also 14-gauge steel with a double rivet design for rigidity and strength; each level consists of two width beams and two depth beams that slide into uprights and adjust in 1-1/2-inch increments without tools. The starter kit ships unassembled and can be used alone or combined with add-on units to form longer rows, with recessed powder coat finish available in dove gray. Proper installation requires ensuring the racks are plumb and level before anchoring using foot plates and wedge anchors. The system emphasizes ease of assembly, adjustability, durability, and strength, and Lyon® recommends anchoring all storage racks for safety and stability.
