Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with particle board decking is designed for the hand-loading of intermediate weight bulky items and can be used in various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The rack features welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each fully assembled and ready to install, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability and slots that allow quick and easy vertical beam adjustment without dead spots along the entire height. Each pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and eliminating wasted space. MIG welded beam clips provide added strength, and each beam end includes three studs that engage the upright slots, allowing adjustment on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers. Beams install without tools and feature a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. The package includes particle board decking for additional storage surfaces. The rack has a durable powder coat finish available in dove gray, which helps protect the shelving from everyday use. Warranty terms apply as stated by the manufacturer.
