Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with galvanized wire decking is designed for the hand-loading of intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The steel storage rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish to protect against everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing that is MIG welded for added stability. The uprights have slots for quick and easy 1-1/2-inch vertical adjustment of 14-gauge steel heavy-duty "Z" beams, which feature MIG welded beam clips, three studs at each end for secure engagement with the uprights, and a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. Each pair of uprights can hold up to 10,000 lbs. The galvanized flat wire decking enhances storage options by allowing the addition of more levels. The beams install without tools, enabling flexible reconfiguration of level spacing to meet changing storage needs. Warranty information is included with the product.
