Lyon's® Rivet Rack shelving starter is a medium-duty boltless racking system made for retail or commercial use, including offices and warehouses. The kit includes four 7-foot angle uprights constructed from 14-gauge steel with keyhole slots to hold the double rivet beams securely in place. These 14-gauge medium-duty beams feature a double rivet design for added strength and rigidity, consisting of two width beams paired with two depth beams per level. Levels adjust on 1-1/2-inch centers and install without tools, allowing easy customization of shelf spacing. The shelving has a durable powder coat finish available in dove gray. The rack ships unassembled and assembles easily without tools. It can be used alone or combined with add-on units to create longer storage runs, with angle posts used only on the outermost corners of assembled rows. Lyon® recommends racks be anchored properly using foot plates and wedge anchors after ensuring they are installed plumb and level.
