The Gal.Axy™ flat brush features a 1-1/2" width with nylon bristles in white. It includes one-piece smooth finish plastic handles that are easy to clean, and the bristles are epoxy-set to ferrules to prevent bacteria harboring air pockets. The tapered nylon bristles come with a chisel-point trim for superior surface coverage and have a high fluid retaining capacity, making them more durable than inexpensive polypropylene bristle imitations. Additionally, the brush is available with Spectrum® blue or red bristles to help prevent cross-contamination when preparing fish and raw meats, providing added contrast when working with white frostings or other white foods.
