The Gal.Axy™ Pastry Brush measures 4 inches in length and features a one-piece smooth finish plastic handle that is easy to clean. The brush is designed with epoxy-set bristles to ferrules to prevent bacteria harboring air pockets, ensuring hygienic use in food preparation. It incorporates tapered nylon bristles with a chisel-point trim, providing superior surface coverage and a soft white nylon composition that offers high fluid retaining capacity. This brush is more durable than inexpensive polypropylene bristle imitations and is available with Spectrum® blue or red bristles, which help prevent cross-contamination when preparing fish and raw meats, as well as provide added contrast when working with white frostings or other white foods.
