The Gal.Axy™ Pastry Brush measures 2 inches and features a one-piece smooth finish plastic handle that is easy to clean. Its bristles are epoxy-set to ferrules to prevent bacteria from harboring in air pockets, ensuring hygienic use. The brush is equipped with tapered nylon bristles that have a chisel-point trim for superior surface coverage, and the soft white nylon bristles possess a high fluid-retaining capacity. Additionally, this pastry brush is more durable than inexpensive polypropylene bristle imitations. It is available with Spectrum® blue or red bristles to help prevent cross-contamination when preparing fish and raw meats, offering added contrast for working with white frostings or other white foods.
