The Gal.Axy™ Pastry Brush measures 3 inches and features a one-piece smooth finish plastic handle that is easy to clean. The bristles are epoxy-set to the ferrules, preventing bacteria from harboring in air pockets, and are made of tapered nylon with a chisel-point trim for superior surface coverage. The soft white nylon bristles exhibit a high fluid-retaining capacity and are more durable than inexpensive polypropylene bristle imitations. This pastry brush is available with Spectrum® blue or red bristles to help prevent cross-contamination when preparing fish and raw meats, providing added contrast when working with white frostings or other white foods.
