The Edwards 874 AC series are low-current high decibel surface mount vibrating horns designed for heavy-duty use, featuring a corrosion-resistant finish and volume adjustability. The kit includes a fully assembled horn and an Adaptaplate for easy installation, allowing for quick plug-in connections. The horn can be mounted on any single gang 3 1/4" (83mm), 3 1/2" (89mm), 4" (102mm) octagon, or 4" (102mm) square box, making it versatile for various applications. It is suitable for industrial, commercial, and institutional uses for timing, paging, and alarm signaling, with applications including equipment malfunction alerts and security warnings. An optional 872-PO plastic projector Adaptahorn accessory, which snaps onto any Adaptahorn, is also available separately.
