The Edwards 5532M Adaptatone Millennium remote speaker/amplifier is engineered for high decibel system operation when linked with the 5540M central tone generator, capable of outputting up to 100 dB at 10 ft. It features a corrosion-resistant electrostatic heat flowed epoxy finish, individual volume control, and is suitable for Division 2 locations. The unit includes captive components and diode polarized models, allowing for connection to various local power sources with different voltages. Designed for either 1/2" (13 mm) conduit or surface mounting, this signaling system is ideal for industrial applications requiring high decibel output and microprocessor reliability, including emergency warning systems, plant evacuation alarms, security intrusion sirens, process monitoring, shift start-and-dismissal horns, and paging signals.
