Vented aluminum standing seam roof smoking shelters are designed for outdoor smoking environments such as office buildings and campus universities, providing a protected space for smokers while safeguarding them from adverse weather conditions. The shelters can also serve as bus stops, featuring an extruded aluminum bench and backrest for comfort. The air flow vented roof mitigates smoke accumulation within the shelter, contributing to a more pleasant experience. Constructed with industrial-grade standards, these shelters are finished with clear anodized aluminum and feature a standing seam roof made of 11" wide, color-coordinated Dutch seam aluminum panels over a robust structural frame. Clear 1/4" thick tempered safety glass panels enhance visibility and safety. Each outdoor shelter is pre-fabricated in sections for straightforward assembly and crated for economical shipping. All models comply with ADA standards, and customers can select from three-sided shelters with an open front (suffix "A"), four-sided options with open left and right front openings (suffix "B"), or four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"). Custom designs and sizes are also available. It is important to note that due to Florida building codes, shelters must meet specific wind-load requirements of 130 MPH to 180 MPH, and some models are restricted from sale in Florida. Shelters sold in Florida will necessitate additional engineering services, and site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance are available at an extra cost if required.
