Flat roof smoking shelters are designed for outdoor smoking environments, suitable for office buildings, campus universities, and more. These shelters feature a designated smoking area that protects users from extreme weather conditions, and can also serve as convenient bus stops with an extruded aluminum bench and backrest along the rear wall for added comfort. The framing system is built to industrial-grade standards for durability and longevity outdoors, while the shelters are constructed from clear anodized aluminum, featuring a flat roof made with break-resistant 1/4" laminated aluminum panels. The glass panels consist of clear 1/4" thick tempered safety glass. The outdoor shelters are pre-fabricated in sections for easy assembly and crated for economical shipping. All models comply with ADA regulations. Customers can choose from three-sided shelters with an open front (suffix "A"), four-sided shelters with left and right front openings (suffix "B"), or four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"). It is important to note that due to Florida building codes, the wind-load requirement in Florida ranges from 130 mph to 180 mph, and some shelters may not be sold in the state; shelters sold to Florida will require engineering services at an additional cost. Site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance are also available at an additional cost if needed.
