Flat roof smoking shelters are designed for outdoor smoking environments in office buildings, campus universities, and similar locations, providing a designated area while shielding users from extreme weather conditions. These shelters can additionally serve as bus stops, featuring an extruded aluminum bench and backrest along the rear wall for comfortable seating. Built to industrial-grade standards, the framing system ensures durability for years of outdoor use. The shelters are constructed with a dark bronze anodized aluminum finish and a flat roof made of 1/4" panels laminated with break-resistant aluminum, complemented by clear 1/4" thick tempered safety glass panels. Each outdoor shelter is pre-fabricated in sections for easy assembly and comes crated for economical shipping. All models are ADA compliant, offering various configurations: three-sided shelters with an open front (suffix "A"), four-sided shelters with open left and right front openings (suffix "B"), and four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"). Note that due to Florida building code requirements, wind-load specifications range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and certain shelters cannot be sold in Florida; engineering services at an additional cost will be necessary for all shelters sold in this state. Site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance are available at an additional cost if needed.
