Flat roof smoking shelters are designed for outdoor smoking environments suitable for office buildings, campuses, and similar settings, offering protection from extreme weather conditions. These shelters can also serve as convenient bus stops, featuring an extruded aluminum bench and backrest along the rear wall for comfortable seating. Constructed with a framing system built to industrial-grade standards, smoking shelters are made with a clear anodized aluminum finish and feature a flat roof constructed of 1/4" laminated aluminum panels that are break-resistant. The glass panels are made with 1/4" thick tempered safety glass. These outdoor shelters are pre-fabricated in sections for easy assembly and crated for economical shipping, with all models meeting ADA compliance requirements. Options include three-sided shelters with an open front (suffix "A"), four-sided shelters with open left and right front openings (suffix "B"), and four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"). It is important to note that due to Florida building code regulations, wind-load requirements range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and some shelters may not be available for sale in Florida. All shelters sold in Florida will necessitate engineering services at an additional cost, and site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance can also be provided for an additional fee if required.
