Flat roof smoking shelters are designed for outdoor smoking environments such as office buildings and campus universities, providing protection from extreme weather conditions. These shelters can also serve as convenient bus stops, featuring an extruded aluminum bench with a backrest along the rear wall for comfort. Constructed with a robust framing system meeting industrial-grade standards, these smoking shelters are made with a dark bronze anodized aluminum finish. The flat roof consists of 1/4" laminated aluminum panels that are break-resistant, while the glass panels are crafted from 1/4" thick tempered safety glass. The outdoor shelters are pre-fabricated in sections for easy assembly and are crated for cost-effective shipping. All models comply with ADA standards. Options include three-sided shelters with an open front (suffix "A"), four-sided shelters with open left and right front openings (suffix "B"), and four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"). In Florida, due to building code regulations, the wind-load requirements range from 130 MPH to 180 MPH, and some shelters may not be available for sale in the state. Shelters sold in Florida will necessitate engineering services at an additional cost, with site-specific engineered drawings and calculations available for building code compliance, also at an additional cost.
