Flat roof smoking shelters are designed for outdoor smoking environments in office buildings, campus universities, and similar settings, providing a designated area while protecting users from extreme weather conditions. These outdoor shelters, which can also serve as convenient bus stops, include an extruded aluminum bench and backrest along the rear wall for comfort. Constructed with a framing system that meets industrial-grade standards, they are made of dark bronze anodized aluminum finish and feature a flat roof composed of 1/4" panels laminated with break-resistant aluminum. The glass panels are made of clear 1/4" thick tempered safety glass. Pre-fabricated in sections for easy assembly, these shelters are crated for low-cost shipping and all models are ADA compliant. Options include three-sided shelters with an open front (suffix "A"), four-sided shelters with open left and right front openings (suffix "B"), and four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"). It is important to note that due to Florida building code regulations, wind-load requirements in Florida range from 130 MPH to 180 MPH, and some shelters cannot be sold in Florida. All shelters sold in Florida will require engineering services at an additional cost, and site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance are available at an additional cost if necessary.
