Flat roof smoking shelters are designed for outdoor smoking environments typical in office buildings and campus universities, offering a protected smoking area while shielding users from extreme weather conditions. Each shelter package includes an extruded aluminum bench and backrest along the rear wall, providing a comfortable sitting area, and the framing system is constructed to industrial-grade standards for durability against outdoor elements. The shelters feature a dark bronze anodized aluminum finish, a flat roof composed of 1/4" panels laminated with break-resistant aluminum, and glass panels made from clear 1/4" thick tempered safety glass. Pre-fabricated in sections for easy assembly and crated for economical shipping, all models are ADA compliant. Customers can choose from three-sided shelters with an open front (suffix "A"), four-sided shelters with open left and right front openings (suffix "B"), and four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"). It is important to note that due to Florida building code regulations, shelters must withstand wind loads from 130 mph to 180 mph, and certain models cannot be sold in Florida without additional engineering services. Site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance are available at an additional cost, if required.
