Flat roof smoking shelters are designed for outdoor smoking environments in office buildings, campus universities, and similar settings, providing a designated area while shielding smokers from extreme weather conditions. These structures can also serve as convenient bus stops, featuring an extruded aluminum bench and backrest along the rear wall for comfort. Constructed with industrial-grade materials, the framing system is built to endure years of outdoor use, featuring a dark bronze anodized aluminum finish. The flat roof consists of 1/4" panels laminated with break-resistant aluminum, while the glass panels are made from 1/4" thick tempered safety glass. These outdoor shelters are pre-fabricated in sections for easy assembly and are crated for economical shipping. All models comply with ADA standards and are available in different configurations: three-sided shelters with an open front (suffix "A"), four-sided shelters with open left and right front openings (suffix "B"), and four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"). Please note that due to Florida building code requirements, the wind load for shelters sold in Florida ranges from 130 mph to 180 mph, and certain models cannot be sold in that state. Shelters sold in Florida will require engineering services at an additional cost. Site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance are also available for an extra charge if needed.
