Vented aluminum standing seam roof smoking shelters are designed for outdoor smoking environments in office buildings and campus universities, providing a designated smoking area while shielding users from harsh weather conditions. These versatile shelters can also function as bus stops, featuring an extruded aluminum bench and backrest along the rear wall for comfort. The air flow vented roof minimizes smoke accumulation inside the shelter. Constructed with industrial-grade standards, the framing system ensures long-lasting outdoor durability. The shelters are finished with dark bronze anodized aluminum, and the standing seam roof consists of 11" wide, color-coordinated Dutch seam aluminum panels supported by a structural roof frame. Clear 1/4" thick tempered safety glass panels enhance visibility and safety. Available models include three-sided shelters with an open front (suffix "A"), four-sided shelters with left and right front openings (suffix "B"), and four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"), with custom designs and sizes also available. All models are ADA compliant. Note that due to Florida building codes, wind-load requirements range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and certain shelters cannot be sold in Florida unless they include additional engineering services. Site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance are also available for an extra charge if needed.
