Flat roof smoking shelters are designed for outdoor smoking environments in office buildings, campus universities, and more, offering a designated smoking area while protecting users from extreme weather conditions. These shelters can also function as bus stops, featuring an extruded aluminum bench and backrest for comfortable seating. Built with industrial-grade standards, the framing system ensures durability for years of outdoor use, while the clear anodized aluminum finish adds to its longevity. The flat roof is constructed with 1/4" panels laminated with aluminum, which are break-resistant, and the glass panels are made from clear 1/4" thick tempered safety glass. Each outdoor shelter is pre-fabricated in sections for easy assembly and crated for economical shipping. All models meet ADA compliance requirements. Options include three-sided shelters with an open front (suffix "A"), four-sided shelters with open left and right front openings (suffix "B"), and four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"). Note that due to Florida building code regulations, wind load requirements range from 130 MPH to 180 MPH, and some shelters may not be sold in Florida. All shelters sold in Florida will require engineering services at an additional cost, and site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance are available for an additional fee if needed.
