Vented aluminum standing seam roof smoking shelters are ideal for outdoor smoking environments such as office buildings and campus universities, providing a designated area while protecting smokers from extreme weather conditions. These shelters can also serve as convenient bus stops, featuring an extruded aluminum bench and backrest along the rear wall for comfortable seating. The airflow vented roof minimizes smoke build-up inside the shelter, and the industrial-grade framing system ensures durability for years of outdoor use. Constructed with a clear anodized aluminum finish, the standing seam roof comprises 11" wide, color-coordinated Dutch seam aluminum panels over a structural frame. Glass panels are made of clear 1/4" thick tempered safety glass. The outdoor shelters are pre-fabricated for easy assembly and crated for economical shipping. All models are ADA compliant, with options for three-sided shelters (suffix "A"), four-sided shelters with left and right front openings (suffix "B"), and four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"). Custom designs and sizes are available. It is important to note that due to Florida building code, wind-load requirements range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and some shelters may not be sold in Florida. Shelters sold to Florida will necessitate engineering services at an additional cost, and site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance can be provided at an extra cost if needed.
