Vented aluminum standing seam roof smoking shelters are designed for outdoor smoking environments suitable for office buildings, campus universities, and more. These shelters provide a designated area for smokers while protecting them from extreme weather conditions and can also serve as bus stops, featuring an extruded aluminum bench and backrest along the rear wall for comfort. The air flow vented roof reduces smoke build-up inside the shelter, and the industrial-grade framing system ensures durability for years of outdoor use. Constructed with dark bronze anodized aluminum finish, the standing seam roof incorporates 11" wide, color-coordinated Dutch seam aluminum panels over a structural roof frame, while clear 1/4" thick tempered safety glass provides transparency. The outdoor shelters are pre-fabricated in sections for easy assembly and are crated for economical shipping. All models comply with ADA standards, with options for three-sided shelters with an open front (suffix "A"), four-sided shelters with open left and right front openings (suffix "B"), and four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"). Custom designs and sizes are available. Due to Florida building codes, the wind-load requirement ranges from 130 mph to 180 mph, and some shelters cannot be sold in Florida unless they include engineering services at an additional cost. Site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance can also be provided at an additional cost if necessary.
