Vented aluminum standing seam roof smoking shelters are designed for outdoor smoking areas in office buildings and campus universities, providing protection from extreme weather conditions. These shelters include an extruded aluminum bench and backrest for comfort and feature an air flow vented roof to minimize smoke build-up. Constructed with industrial-grade framing to ensure durability in outdoor settings, the shelters feature a dark bronze anodized aluminum finish and a standing seam roof made with 11" wide, color-coordinated Dutch seam aluminum panels over a structural roof frame. The glass panels consist of clear 1/4" thick tempered safety glass. The outdoor shelters are pre-fabricated in sections for easy assembly and come crated for economical shipping. All models meet ADA compliance standards and are available in three-sided designs with an open front (suffix "A"), four-sided shelters with left and right front openings (suffix "B"), and four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"). Custom designs and sizes can also be accommodated. Due to Florida building code regulations, the wind-load requirement ranges from 130 mph to 180 mph, and certain shelters cannot be sold in Florida; those that can will necessitate engineering services at an additional cost. Site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for compliance with building codes are also available at an additional cost if needed.
