Vented aluminum standing seam roof smoking shelters are ideal for outdoor smoking environments in office buildings, campus universities, and similar settings, providing a designated smoking area that protects users from extreme weather conditions. The shelters can also function as convenient bus stops, featuring an extruded aluminum bench and backrest along the rear wall for added comfort. With an airflow vented roof, smoke build-up inside the shelter is minimized. Constructed with industrial-grade standards, these shelters are designed for durability in outdoor use and are finished with clear anodized aluminum. The standing seam roof consists of 11" wide, color-coordinated Dutch seam aluminum panels supported by a structural roof frame, while the clear panels are made from 1/4" thick tempered safety glass. These outdoor shelters are pre-fabricated in sections for easy assembly and crated for economical shipping. All models comply with ADA regulations. Available options include three-sided shelters with an open front (suffix "A"), four-sided shelters with open left and right front openings (suffix "B"), and four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"). Custom designs and sizes are also available. Note that due to Florida building code, the wind-load specifications range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and some shelters may not be sold in Florida. Shelters sold to Florida will require engineering services at an additional cost, and site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance can be provided at an additional charge if necessary.
