Flat roof smoking shelters are ideal for creating designated outdoor smoking areas in office buildings, campus universities, and similar environments, while providing protection from extreme weather conditions. These shelters can also function as bus stops, featuring an extruded aluminum bench with a backrest along the rear wall for comfortable seating. Built to industrial-grade standards for durability, the shelters come with a dark bronze anodized aluminum finish, a flat roof made of 1/4" break-resistant laminated aluminum panels, and clear 1/4" thick tempered safety glass panels. The outdoor shelters are pre-fabricated in sections for easy assembly and are crated for cost-effective shipping. All models adhere to ADA compliance. Options include three-sided shelters with an open front (suffix "A"), four-sided shelters with open left and right fronts (suffix "B"), and four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"). It is important to note that due to Florida building codes, wind-load requirements range from 130 mph to 180 mph, which may limit the availability of certain shelters in the state. Shelters sold in Florida require engineering services at an additional cost, and site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance are also available for an additional fee if necessary.
