Flat roof smoking shelters provide an ideal outdoor smoking environment for office buildings, campus universities, and more, offering a designated smoking area while shielding smokers from extreme weather conditions. These outdoor shelters can double as convenient bus stops, equipped with an extruded aluminum bench and backrest for comfortable seating. Designed to meet industrial grade standards, the framing system ensures durability for years of outdoor use, featuring a dark bronze anodized aluminum finish. The flat roof is composed of 1/4" panels laminated with aluminum for break resistance, while the glass panels are made of clear 1/4" thick tempered safety glass. Pre-fabricated in sections for easy assembly, these shelters are crated for cost-effective shipping. All models are ADA compliant, with options including three-sided shelters with an open front (suffix "A"), four-sided shelters with open left and right fronts (suffix "B"), and four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"). It is important to note that due to Florida building code, wind-load requirements range from 130 MPH to 180 MPH, and not all shelters can be sold in Florida. Shelters sold to Florida will necessitate engineering service at an additional cost, with site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance available upon request.
