Flat roof smoking shelters are designed for outdoor smoking environments in office buildings and campus universities, providing protection from extreme weather conditions. These shelters include an extruded aluminum bench and backrest along the rear wall, offering a comfortable sitting area. The industrial-grade framing system ensures durability for years of outdoor use, while the dark bronze anodized aluminum finish enhances aesthetics. The flat roof consists of 1/4" break-resistant laminated aluminum panels, complemented by clear 1/4" thick tempered safety glass panels. Each shelter is pre-fabricated in sections for easy assembly and is crated for low-cost shipping. All models are ADA compliant and available in different configurations: three-sided shelters with an open front (suffix "A"), four-sided shelters with open left and right front openings (suffix "B"), and four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"). It is important to note that due to Florida building code, the wind-load requirement ranges from 130 mph to 180 mph, and some shelters cannot be sold in Florida without additional engineering services. Site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance are available at an additional cost if required.
