Flat roof smoking shelters are ideal for outdoor smoking environments in office buildings and campus universities, providing a designated area while shielding smokers from extreme weather conditions. These shelters can also serve as convenient bus stops, equipped with an extruded aluminum bench and backrest for added comfort. Constructed with industrial-grade standards, the framing system ensures durability for years of outdoor use, while the clear anodized aluminum finish adds aesthetic appeal. The flat roof consists of 1/4" panels laminated with break-resistant aluminum, and the glass panels are made from clear 1/4" thick tempered safety glass. Designed for easy assembly, the outdoor shelters are pre-fabricated in sections and crated for economical shipping. All models comply with ADA standards. Available options include three-sided shelters with an open front (suffix "A"), four-sided shelters with open left and right fronts (suffix "B"), and four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"). It is important to note that due to Florida building code, the wind load requirements range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and some shelters may not be sold in Florida. Shelters purchased for Florida will require engineering services at an additional cost, with site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance available upon request.
