Flat roof smoking shelters are designed for outdoor smoking environments in office buildings, campus universities, and similar locations, providing a designated area for smokers while shielding them from adverse weather. These shelters can also serve as convenient bus stops, featuring an extruded aluminum bench and backrest along the rear wall for comfortable seating. Built to industrial grade standards to ensure durability, the smoker shelters are constructed with a clear anodized aluminum finish and feature a flat roof made from 1/4" panels laminated with aluminum for break resistance. The glass panels consist of clear 1/4" thick tempered safety glass. Pre-fabricated for easy assembly, these outdoor shelters are crated for economical shipping and are compliant with ADA standards. Options include three-sided shelters with an open front (suffix "A"), four-sided shelters with open left and right front openings (suffix "B"), and four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"). Note that the wind-load requirement for Florida is 130 MPH to 180 MPH, and some shelters cannot be sold in Florida; those sold to Florida will necessitate engineering services at an additional cost, with site-specific engineered drawings and calculations available for building code compliance for an extra charge if required.
