Flat roof smoking shelters are ideal for outdoor smoking environments in office buildings, campus universities, and more, providing a designated smoking area while protecting users from extreme weather conditions. These shelters can also serve as convenient bus stops, featuring an extruded aluminum bench and backrest along the rear wall for comfortable seating. Constructed with industrial-grade standards, the framing system ensures durability for years of outdoor use. The shelters are made from clear anodized aluminum, with the flat roof consisting of 1/4" panels laminated with break-resistant aluminum. Glass panels are crafted from clear 1/4" thick tempered safety glass. Designed for easy assembly, these outdoor shelters are pre-fabricated in sections and crated for low-cost shipping. All models are ADA compliant. Options include three-sided shelters with an open front (suffix "A"), four-sided shelters with both left and right front openings (suffix "B"), and four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"). It is essential to note that due to Florida building code requirements, the wind-load specifications range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and certain shelters cannot be sold in Florida. Shelters sold in Florida will necessitate engineering services at an additional cost, with site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance also available for an extra fee if required.
