Flat roof smoking shelters are designed for outdoor smoking environments, suitable for office buildings, campus universities, and similar locations, providing a designated area while protecting users from extreme weather conditions. These outdoor shelters can also serve as bus stops, featuring an extruded aluminum bench and backrest along the rear wall for added comfort. Constructed with a framing system built to industrial-grade standards, these shelters are made from a clear anodized aluminum finish, ensuring durability for years of outdoor use. The flat roof consists of 1/4" panels laminated with aluminum for break resistance, while the glass panels are made of clear 1/4" thick tempered safety glass. Each shelter is pre-fabricated in sections for easy assembly and is crated to minimize shipping costs. All models comply with ADA standards. Options include three-sided shelters with an open front (suffix "A"), four-sided shelters with left and right front openings (suffix "B"), and four-sided shelters with a left front opening (suffix "C"). Note that due to Florida building code, the wind-load requirements range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and some shelters may not be available for sale in Florida. Shelters sold in Florida will necessitate engineering services at an additional cost, and site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance can also be provided for an extra fee if required.
