The Secador® line of desiccator cabinets features an attractive design and sturdy Durastar® co-polyester construction that blocks 99% of UV light and is resistant to staining, crazing, and chemical attack. These cabinets are available in various sizes, styles, and colors, allowing you to choose the perfect fit for your moisture and light-sensitive products. Amber color models specifically reduce visible light penetration by over 50%, making them ideal for storing light-sensitive materials such as reagents, analytical standards, and investigational compounds. The cabinets are equipped with large doors that offer maximum access to the interior space, featuring a patented seal design, tab latches, and security loops for padlocks or tamper-evident seals. The vertical units come in 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, and 4.0 sizes, each with a compact footprint of 34.1 W x 41.4 cm D, allowing for space-saving stacking up to 3 units high. Additionally, perforated shelves facilitate the circulation of dry air, and an easy-to-view dial hygrometer is conveniently located on the door front.
