The Bulk Condo Tenant Storage Locker provides secure storage solutions for various facilities including apartments, condos, hotels, hospitals, military, government, and business tenants. This all-steel storage locker is designed for easy installation and maximum security, featuring a ventilated structure that allows for light, air, and sprinkler penetration. Constructed with 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal doors and sides, it includes heavy gauge vertical frame channels and horizontal frame angles for extra reinforcement. The doors are equipped with a welded brace and heavy-duty 13 gauge, 7-knuckle hinges for enhanced strength, while the welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately) and ergonomic door pull ensure security. The locker features a 13" transom on top of the doors for added overhead space and is finished with a silver powder coat. It can be easily wall mounted to eliminate the need for a locker back panel (hardware not included). Additionally, add-on lockers can be easily connected to starter lockers or other add-ons to create aisles or rows of lockers arranged side-by-side or back-to-back. This product includes a 2-year limited warranty and is made in the USA.
