The Bulk Condo Tenant Storage Locker is designed to provide secure storage solutions for various facilities, including apartments, condos, hotels, hospitals, military, government, and business tenants. This all-steel storage locker offers easy installation while ensuring maximum security and strength, effectively securing residents' personal items in common storage areas of multi-family buildings. Its ventilated design allows for light, air, and sprinkler penetration, enhancing safety. Constructed with 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal doors and sides, it features heavy gauge vertical frame channels and horizontal frame angles for extra reinforcement. The doors are equipped with a welded brace and heavy-duty 13 gauge, 7-knuckle hinges for added strength. Additionally, it includes a welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately) and an ergonomic door pull for enhanced security. The locker is designed with a 13" transom on top of the doors to provide additional overhead space and a 22 gauge steel shelf that separates locker compartments. Finished with a silver powder coat, the locker can be easily wall mounted, eliminating the need for a back panel (hardware not included). It comes with a 2-year limited warranty and is made in the USA.
