The Bulk Condo Tenant Storage Locker offers secure storage solutions suitable for various facilities, including apartments, condos, hotels, hospitals, military, government, and business tenants. It is designed to effectively secure residents' personal items in common storage areas of multi-family buildings, helping to eliminate clutter and maintain proper aisle space. Constructed from all steel, the locker ensures easy installation while providing maximum security and strength. The ventilated design allows for light, air, and sprinkler penetration, enhancing safety. The locker features 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal doors and sides, complemented by heavy gauge vertical frame channels and horizontal frame angles for additional reinforcement. Each door is equipped with a welded brace and heavy-duty 13 gauge, 7-knuckle hinges, ensuring durability. A welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately) and an ergonomic door pull enhance security, while a 13" transom atop the doors provides extra overhead space. Finished with a silver powder coat, the locker can be easily wall-mounted, eliminating the need for a back panel (hardware not included). It is made in the USA and comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
