The Bulk Condo Tenant Storage Locker is designed to provide secure storage solutions for various facilities, including apartments, condos, hotels, hospitals, military, government, and business tenants. This all-steel storage locker is ideal for securing residents' personal items in common storage areas of multi-family buildings, helping to reduce clutter and maintain proper aisle space. The ventilated design allows for light, air, and sprinkler penetration, while the locker is constructed with 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal doors and sides. Heavy gauge vertical frame channels and horizontal frame angles enhance reinforcement, with doors featuring a welded brace and heavy-duty 13 gauge, 7-knuckle hinges for added strength. Security is ensured through a welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately) and an ergonomic door pull. Additionally, a 13" transom on top of the doors provides extra overhead space, and the locker is finished with a silver powder coat. It is designed for easy wall mounting, eliminating the need for a locker back panel (hardware not included). The product comes with a 2-year limited warranty and is made in the USA.
