The bulk condo tenant storage locker offers secure storage solutions for various facilities including apartments, condos, hotels, hospitals, military, government, and business tenants, serving as an effective way to secure residents' personal items in common storage areas of multi-family buildings. Designed to eliminate clutter and ensure proper aisle space, this all-steel locker is engineered for easy installation while maximizing security and strength. It features ventilated doors that allow for light, air, and sprinkler penetration, constructed from 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal for enhanced durability. The heavy gauge vertical frame channels and horizontal frame angles provide additional reinforcement, while the doors are equipped with welded braces and heavy-duty 13 gauge, 7-knuckle hinges for added strength. The locker includes a welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately) and an ergonomic door pull for enhanced security, along with a 13" transom on top of the doors for added overhead space. Finished with a silver powder coat, the locker can be easily wall-mounted, negating the need for a back panel (hardware not included). Add-on lockers can be seamlessly connected to starter lockers or other add-ons to create aisles or rows of lockers placed side-by-side or back-to-back. The product comes with a 2-year limited warranty and is made in the USA.
