The Bulk Condo Tenant Storage Locker provides secure storage solutions for various facilities, including apartments, condos, hotels, hospitals, military, government, and business tenants, making it an ideal choice for securing residents' personal items in common storage areas of multi-family buildings. This all-steel storage locker features easy installation while ensuring maximum security and strength, with a ventilated design that allows light, air, and sprinkler penetration. Constructed with 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal doors and sides, it includes heavy gauge vertical frame channels and horizontal frame angles for added reinforcement. The doors are equipped with a welded brace and heavy-duty 13 gauge, 7-knuckle hinges, secured by a welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately) and an ergonomic door pull. Additionally, a 13" transom on top of the doors provides extra overhead space, and a 22 gauge steel shelf separates two locker compartments. Finished with a silver powder coat, the locker is designed for easy wall mounting, eliminating the need for a back panel (hardware not included). An add-on locker can be conveniently attached to a starter locker or other add-ons to create aisles or rows of multiple lockers connected side-by-side or back-to-back. This product comes with a 2-year limited warranty and is made in the USA.
