The bulk condo tenant storage locker is designed to provide secure storage solutions for various facilities, including apartments, condos, hotels, hospitals, military installations, government buildings, and business tenants. This locker is perfect for securing residents' personal items in common storage areas within multi-family buildings, helping to eliminate clutter and maintain proper aisle space. Constructed from all steel, the locker features easy installation combined with maximum security and strength. It includes ventilated construction that allows light, air, and sprinkler penetration, and is made from 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal for the doors and sides. The heavy gauge vertical frame channels and horizontal frame angles ensure additional reinforcement, while the doors are equipped with welded braces and heavy-duty 13 gauge, 7-knuckle hinges for enhanced strength. A welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately) alongside an ergonomic door pull provides added security. The locker has a 13" transom above the doors for increased overhead space and is finished with a silver powder coat. It can be easily wall-mounted, eliminating the need for a back panel (hardware not included). The product comes with a 2-year limited warranty and is proudly made in the USA.
